It’s staged chaos, but make it aesthetic. The format is a dramatic “fall” moment (usually shot from above) where everything spills… except the one thing you “saved” (matcha, lipstick, skincare, your camera, etc.).
How Do I Explain I’m In My ___
This one is all about clarifying a misconception about yourself. With emojis… Write the text “How do I explain I’m in my ______” and use emojis to descibe the real vibe. Then write the text “Not my ___” and use emojis to describe the vibe that you are misunderstood to have.
Obsessed With Me
This trend requires pranking… The goal is to get a photo of a bunch of people staring at you while pose (unbeknownst to the people). Here’s how you make it happen: as people are passing by you (we recommend friends), do something to make them look in your direction of their shoulders. Be sure to strike a pose immediately after. Then just edit the video to screen grab the crucial moment and add the trending audio.
2 POV OOTD
This is a fun twist on a traditional OOTD. Grab a friend, set up two cameras, and film back-to-back. You can include an interaction between the 2 of you (bumping into each other, hugging, etc..) and then switch cameras. Then, just edit the 2 clips together in a split screen!
There’s Only Me and You
Harry Styles dropped a new album and naturally his audio is trending. Use the popular song “Coming Up Roses” to show off the person, pet, thing, etc… that means the most to you. Create a montage during the lyrics “there’s only me and you”.

You can do this trend with anyone- boyfriend, dad, sister… Film yourself laughing at their joke and then change the angle to show that you’re faking it. From behind your shoulders might be moving as if you are laughing but from the front you are unamused. Add relatable text about why’d you be faking it. Maybe you want a gift from them or to get on their good side.
Holly Wheeler
This is a trending audio from the new season of Stranger Things. Creators are lip syncing to this audio with text overlay showing an unlikely situation, begging someone to believe them.
2016
2026 is the new 2016. This nostalgic trend features creators posting photo dumps from 2016 showcasing the carefree, aesthetic vibe. All you have to do is dig up some content from 2016 and post it!
Floor OOTD
This is great for fashion creators. Instead of standing to show your outfits, film yourself from above, lying on the floor. Then edit together a string of outfits. This is similar to a flat-lay style. It features the creator in the center, showcasing the outfits while laying down on the carpet.

This is a fresh way to show what’s in your bag or makeup bag. It’s all in the edit for this one. Create an edited photo with floating cutouts, then use the new spatial scene feature on iPhone and screen record to make a video!
Eye POV
This is great for showing outfits or different travel locations. Split the screen in 2, the top half should show up-close eyes that are blinking and looking around. The other half should show the POV from the eyes, with the camera reacting as eyes would.
Never Meant to Belong
Creators often pair a statement or situation with the music, and then follow it with a reaction meme that can be sad, nostalgic, dramatic, ironic, or even positive — depending on the message they want to express. So the trend works like a setup + punchline format, where the song amplifies the emotional tone, whether it’s genuine melancholy or a playful exaggeration.

Wicked For Good is out and this trend popped up immediately! Creators are using the new recording of “For Good” (specifically the line “so much of me is made from what I’ve learned from you”) over past videos or photo montages of important people in their lives. Mostly sisters, but it could be anyone really. We’re seeing heartwarming versions of this, but also silly versions!
Flow State
Flow state refers to “being in the zone” or entirely focused and energized by a task. For this trend, you can film a video of yourself and add detailed text that explains a moment you “genuinely reach flow state”.

This a carousel trend. On the first slide, choose a photo of you and add text that says “sometimes you just gotta read your mom’s text and go about your day”. On the next slide show a screenshot of a crazy text from your mom. This is obviously interchangeable for other people like boss, sister, friend, etc…
In your 20s…
This one is sweet. You’re basically making a video for your younger self, saying that in your 20s, something will happen and it is vital that you respond a certain way in order for your life to be great. In turn, this has become great advice for other viewers and also a funny way to talk about cannon events in your 20s.

Of course there would be a trend from Taylor’s new album. This one is for the song Actually Romantic. Write text that quotes someone saying something you love to hear and use the part of the song that says “stop talking dirty to me”.
Girl Whatever
For this trend, you’ll need a short video clip that shows something that is awe inspiring or makes you feel calm and like nothing else matters. Then, just add text that says “girl, whatever”.

Think of something that you do super often , are obsessed with or are “addicted to”. Simply add that phrase to the front of “oholic” and write it on a video of you doing that thing. For example “jeansoholic” , “tiktokoholic”, or “watchingmyownstoryoholic”

Usually two people are standing back to back while each person lip syncs the part of the sound that “matches” their personality more.
Group 7
The internet has been taken over by Group 7 and whose a part of it. If you’re confused, here’s the story…. Sophia James created seven consecutive TikToks and whichever one you saw on your fyp decided which “gorup” you are in. The seventh post went viral and “Group 7” is what everyone wants to be and claims to be. Now it’s seen as slang for being part of something exclusive and cool!
